Senior FP&A Specialist (Bilingual Korean required)
Timpl has partnered with a global EV battery manufacturing company and they're looking for a Senior FP&A Specialist. 

Job Summary
We are looking for brilliant talents who will play a key role to build strong FP&A partners group. You will be subject matter expert in month End closing process to develop high quality of business report.

The role will also assist in executing Plan/Forecast consolidation process and provide improvement in overall process. We are seeking a person who feels comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This position reports to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.
 
Role and Responsibilities:

• Accurately consolidate monthly actual results, annual business plan, and quarterly forecast
• Provide financial analysis on actual result variance to Plan and Forecast in timely manner
• Support recurring business report
• Maintain strong business partnership by work closely with functional leaders to and provide financial support and analyses
• Assist in preparing Monthly KPI metrics dashboard
• Build financial models in various business cases to support decision making for management

 
Skill and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• 6+ years of experiences in corporate FP&A, Finance, or accounting
• Pay attention to Detail and self-oriented
• Advanced in MS Offices (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
• Strong business acumen with professional communication skill
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization in highly collaborative environment
