Responsibilities:
· Develop plans for new HIMACS products (color, patterns) and establish new product launch strategies (manufactured products, OEM products).
· Track and evaluate the effectiveness of HIMACS new product launches to identify best practices and areas for optimization
· Perform in-depth analysis in new product sales performance to support strategic decision making
· Operate development systems and new product quality verification systems related to new product development.
· Handle administrative and data related support to ensure administrative accuracy and availability.
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:
Education and Work Experience:
· Experience with product planning / development, as well as project management is preferred
· Experience in sales analysis is preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration / economics / industrial engineering
· 1-3 years of chemical and construction material industry experience is preferred but not required
Knowledge and Skills:
· Bilingual in Korean and English
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Highly refined planning and organization skills that balance work and responsibilities in a timely manner
· Enjoy working with others and being a leader to achieve specific goals
· Highly motivated, quick-learner with ability to adapt in a new working environment

Physical Demands:
· Position requires regular interaction with customers and clients.
