CIM Developer (Bilingual Korean required)

Timpl has partnered with a global IT services and solutions company and they're looking for a CIM Developer.

Job Type: On-site, Standard 8-5 work schedule

About the Role:

We are seeking a CIM Developer to join our KY Automation team. As a CIM Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Configuration Item Management (CIM) system. Your major end result will be to ensure that the CIM system is up-to-date and accurate, enabling the organization to make informed decisions based on reliable data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the CIM system meets the needs of the organization and is aligned with industry best practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) systems to improve manufacturing processes.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware solutions related to CIM.
• Collaborate with FA team to plan and address technical issues.
• Provide interpretation support during system commissioning and testing phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and equipment-related challenges to ensure seamless operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• All levels of experience available  
• Strong knowledge of CIM principles and best practices
• Experience with CIM tools such as BMC Atrium CMDB or ServiceNow CMDB
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Open to all experience levels, including entry-level candidates.
• Skills and Preferences: Proficient in software development, with knowledge of equipment-related technologies or processes. Advanced English conversational skills are mandatory. 
• Preferred: Bilingual Korean preferred.
