Executive Assistant (Bilingual Korean required)

Timpl had partnered up with a global EV battery manufacturing company and is looking for a Executive Assistant. 

Summary
Executive Assistant provide Executive administrative support to C-level Executives, as well as manage other Company related activities.

Roles
& Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day interaction and act as primary liaison for Executives and internal team members and clients
Manage and maintain Executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements according to personal preferences
Arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings, conference room reservations and management, organizing team meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes
Act as language translator for English to Korean and vice-versa.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
File and retrieve documents and reference materials
Receive and interact with incoming visitors as protocol dictates
Answer and manage incoming calls as protocol dictates
Serves as administrative liaison with external partner organizations.
Monitor, respond, and distribute incoming communications
Voucher entries for vendor invoices, corporate credits, reimbursement request for Executives
Create and provide different types of EA expense forms when EA approvals needed
Co-ordinate any assigned project-based work
Collect data and create analysis based on Executive's request and needs.
Order office supplies and replacements, as well as manage mail and courier services.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Legally authorized to work in USA
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Proficiency of computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
2+ years of Executive assistant and administration work experiences
Travel will be required to project sites

Preferred

Bilingual English/Korean.  Korean language conversational or higher level of expertise is desirable
