Specialist I, IT Infrastructure Service Management.
Summary:
We are looking for talented people with experience in IT Service Delivery and IT Service Support for IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for managing and improving the company’s IT Infrastructure so that raises IT services level.
Responsibilities:
- IT Budget Management
- Establishing IT service delivery plan that reflecting the HQ’s IT policies
- Attend the company-wide IT infrastructure council, check company-wide policy directions, and then apply to the business site
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are delivered in adherence to IT standards and contractual agreements
- IT Contract, Agreement, and Payment Management
- Service Desk Management
- IT Issue Management : Lead, drive, facilitate and chair all investigation activities, meetings, and conference calls to support major incidents. Drive the critical issue process for live service to rapidly resolve complex IT issues and ensure effective communication with IT partners and the business to keep them informed of resolution progress.
- IT Change Management
- IT Asset Management (Hardware, Software)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Required)
- Relevant experiences
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Information Technology (Required)
- Experience in managing end-to-end IT services delivery and operations
- Experience in maintenance of networks, servers, or client management
Skills:
- Bilingual skills, writing and speaking, in English and Korean preferred
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to solve problems by proactively collaborating with related teams on issues
- Possible to work flexible hours as needed to support entire production team and to work with HQ remotely
