Timpl has partnered with a 1 tier supplier for Tesla and they're looking for PE Assistant Manager. 

MAJOR FUNCTION:

• Initial point of contact for Customer
• Maintain the Work Order Process and production information in MES (Line assembly code, Broadcast data, Fool-proof barcode key data, Working time pattern)
• Maintain JIS Lead time information (Docking station, Delivery Lead time)
• Collect and maintain production index in MES, ERP, or manually (Actual vs. planned, Working time, Hour Per Unit, Down time, OEM Line stop, Production CUM, Inefficient expense, Scrap cost, Line assignment efficiency, Over time)
• Prepare monthly/weekly production reports (Production index analysis and improvement)
• Ensure the accuracy of production index system data (System vs. Actual)
• Make an irregular plant comprehensive report
• Maintain plant information and index
• Respond to Korea headquarters requirements
• Support/perform special projects as necessary

PREREQUISITES:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-specific experience required
• 5+ years of experience in Just in Sequence production control field in Automotive industry (Production Planning, BOM and Engineering Order change control)
• Working experience with Automotive companies
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Experienced in automotive assembly/manufacturing
