QC/QA Specialist (Bilingual Korean required)

Timpl has partnered with a global food company and is seeking for a QC/QA Specialist. 

Responsibilities:

• Update and keep food related regulations and FSVP documentation.
• Regulate regulatory and quality control of each product.
• Identification of any quality problems and recommend changes in quality standard where necessary.
• Working with HQ on innovating new potential products for the brand. Complying with FDA regulations.
• Data entry using common computer database software (Excel, Access or equivalent).
• To maintain our service level highly, we cooperate closely with our subcontractors for Customs brokers.
• Renewal permits that we have in a timely manner.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of work experience with food or ingredients and manufacturing field preferred
• Knowledge of the regulations of FDA/USDA and custom matter (CBP/PGA).
• Basic understanding of GMP and food production fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills.
• QuickBooks
• FSVP
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word etc.)
• Bilingual (English/Korean)
